His Imperial Majesty Alexander IV, Defender of the Faith, Turtle and Elephants, may the Almighty God bless his reign, gave Imperial Assent to the Heir to the Throne Act which appoints HIH Grand Prince Jaroslav Oleksandrovych (Yaroslav M.) as the Heir to the Pavlovian Throne.
Pavlov, an Elective Monarchy, limits succession to the legitimate descendants of HIM Emperor Alexander IV (including legitimized and adopted) and to the wives of the last to have reigned Monarch.
HIH Grand Prince Jaroslav Oleksandrovych, now known as HIH Tsesarevych Jaroslav Oleksandrovych (Iaroslaus Nobilissimus Caesar), is expected to deliver a statement on his appointment as heir soon.
