Decrees | Empire of Pavlov

Imperial Decrees are laws that can only be enacted by the Monarch. Imperial Decrees are executive orders and/or statutes that apply to the whole Empire.

Alongside the Imperial Edicts, the Decrees supersede all other laws, and no law may contradict an Imperial Decree.

NB: All the dates are given according to the Julian calendar and Anno Mundi.
