His Imperial Majesty Emperor and Augustus Alexander IV, Autocrat of Romans and of All Rus', Victor over the Moscovites, Pius Felix, Defender of the Faith, Turtle and Elephants, may the Almighty God bless his reign, gave Imperial Assent to an Act of the Senate which prohibits the use of the abbreviated form of his honorific address. According to the Act, using an acroynm such as "M.A.G.B.H.R." would be punishable by Pavlovian law akin to insulting or slandering the Monarch. The text of the Act describes using this form as address as laziness and contempt for His Imperial Majesty.

The law was proposed by HS Duke Filaret Prokhorovych Zakharov. He stated regarding the reason for proposing the law "We must crack down on those who do not show our Emperor, may the Almighty God bless his reign, full respect. Those who procrastinate when addressing His Imperial Majesty, may the Almighty God bless his reign, are basicially heathens and communists".
