The Empire of Pavlov is a social and cultural project which seeks to model the society, customs, and traditions of the medieval Slavic principalities and the Roman Empire in a contemporary framing. "Pavlovianness Act" passed

Yesterday, the Council of State published the 1 Dion. al. 25 (Pavlovianness Act) which sought to enshrine the preservation and promotion of various aspects of Montescano's Pavlovian heritage in law. The Act was passed by a vast majority, with 6 in support, 1 abstention and no opposition.

The Act declared preservation of Pavlovianness and Pavlovian Heritage as a national priority and established insulting Pavlovianness as an offense. The passage of the Act has come amid political debate regarding the status of Montescano's Pavlovian heritage and how well it is currently preserved.
