Emperor appoints Grand Shen

The Empire of Pavlov is a social and cultural project which seeks to model the society, customs, and traditions of the medieval Slavic principalities and the Roman Empire in a contemporary framing. Grand Shen Jaroslav

His Imperial Majesty Alexander IV, may the Almighty God bless his reign, passed an Edict today appointing long-term citizen and friend Jaroslav Mykhaylovych Andrijewski to the post of Grand Shen of the Empire "to serve as the Head of the Bön religion in the Empire, so that so that all peoples may glorify Almighty God in various tongues according to the laws and confessions of their ancestors, blessing the reign of Pavlovian Monarchs and beseeching the Creator of the universe to increase the (nation's) well-being and to strengthen the might of the Empire.". The Edict furthermore grants Andrijewski the title of Count and appointed him the Chief Advisor on Religious affairs in the Privy council.

The Bön religion, is a Tibetan religion, closely related to Buddhism. Count Andrijewski is consecrated cleric of the Bön religion.

Count Andrijewski used to lead the Pavlovian Inquisition in 2016, however he has upon his consecration in 2019, abdicated his position in the Inquisition.
