His Imperial Majesty Alexander IV, Autocrat of Romans and of All Rus', Victor over the Moscovites, Pius Felix, Defender of the Faith, Turtle and Elephants, may the Almighty God bless his reign, signed a Decree appointing Elizaveta Lubomirska the Consul-General of Pavlov to Southern Oblasts in the Republic of Ukraine.
Elizaveta Lubomirska is a Ukrainian history student resident in Zaporizhzhia. The Consul-Generals of Pavlov are the second-highest officials representing Pavlov in a particular country, responsible for speaking on behalf of the Pavlovian Government, coordinating the activities of resident Pavlovian citizens, and establishing a dialogue with local authorities and organizations. The Consul-General of Pavlov to Southern Oblasts in the Republic of Ukraine is responsible for the Oblasts of Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Odessa and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
Ukraine is home to the third-largest Pavlovian diaspora, after Netherlands and the Turkey, and has 11 Pavlovian subjects as of November 2021, making the office of the Consul-General of Pavlov to Southern Oblasts in the Republic of Ukraine one of the most important ones in the Pavlovian diplomatic service.
