Emporer's Statement of the Murder of Innocents in Texas

The Empire of Pavlov is a social and cultural project which seeks to model the society, customs, and traditions of the medieval Slavic principalities and the Roman Empire in a contemporary framing. IVAN by the Grace of God, Faithful Pavlovian Emperor and Autocrat of all Rus', of the Great, the Little and the White, etc. etc. etc. To the Senate and People of Pavlov and to all Lords Spiritual and Temporal and all other Persons whatsoever to whom these Presents shall come, Greeting!

We cannot express through mere words the sadness We feel at the murder of 19 innocent children at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas on 24 May 2022. Her Imperial Majesty and I wish to extend our deepest condolences to all of the victims of this senseless tragedy and WE will be offering prayers and lighting candles for the repose of these innocent souls, taken from this life to eternal rest in the Lord Our God.

In their memory, We are declaring that a National State of Mourning shall exist within the Empire of Pavlov and All Other of Our Domians and Territories from 25 May 2022 until sunset on 29 May 2022.
